What are the standards for the storage of anti-corrosion steel pipes
1. The appearance of anti-corrosion steel pipes entering and leaving the warehouse needs to be checked as follows:
①Check each pipe to ensure that the surface of the polyethylene layer is flat and smooth, without dark bubbles, ptting, wrinkles, or cracks, and the overall color needs to be uniform. The surface of the pipe should not be excessively corroded.
②The curvature of the steel pipe should be less than 0.2% of the length of the steel pipe, and its llipticity should be≤0.2% of the outer diameter of the steel pipe. The local surface unevenness of the entire pipe is less than 2mm.

2. The following points should be noted when transporting anti-corrosion steel pipes:
①Loading and unloading: Use a hoist that does not damage the pipe mouth and does not damage the anti-corrosion layer. All construction machinery and equipment must comply with regulations during loading and unloading. Before loading, the anti-corrosion grade, material, and wall thickness of the steel pipe should be checked in advance, and mixed loading is not appropriate.
②Transportation: A thrust baffle needs to be set between the trailer and the cab. When transporting anti-corrosion pipes, they need to be tied firmly, and protective measures for the anti-corrosion layer should be taken in time. Rubber sheets or some soft materials should be set between the anti-corrosion pipe and the frame or column, and between the anti-corrosion pipes for padding.

3. What are the storage standards:
①Steel pipes, pipe fttings, and valves need to be properly stored according to the instructions, and they need to be inspected during storage to avoid rust, deformation, and aging. Some materials such as glass cloth, heat wrapping tape, and heat shrink sleeves need to be stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse.
③Materials such as steel pipes, pipe fttings, and valves can be classified for open-air storage. Of course, the selected storage site needs to be flat and free of stones, and there must be no water on the ground. The slope is guaranteed to be 1% to 2%, and there are drainage ditches.
④The anti-corrosion pipes in the warehouse need to be stacked in layers, and the height needs to ensure that the steel pipes do not lose their stable shape. Stack them separately according to different specifications and materials. Soft pads should be placed between each layer of anti-corrosion pipes, and two rows of sleepers should be placed under the steel pipes on the lower layer. The stacked steel pipes should be >50mm from the ground.
⑤If it is during on-site construction, there are some storage requirements for pipes: two supports are needed at the bottom, with a spacing of approximately 4m to 8m between them. The anti-corrosion pipe must not be less than 100mm from the ground, and flexible isolation materials must be placed between the supports and the anti-corrosion pipe, as well as between the anti-corrosion pipes.
